Our Services

Zinc Plating

Zinc plating is one of the most popular coatings used within general industry. Many steel parts are coated in zinc, from nuts, bolts and washers to electrical panels, gates, railings and many automotive parts.

It is a very cost-effective process, and is mainly used to provide a corrosion resistant coating or as a base for painting.

Zinc Nickel Alloy Plating

Zinc-nickel plating involves zinc and nickel being co-electro deposited on to components. Zinc-nickel plating can be passivated to further improve its corrosion resistance.

Electroless Nickel Plating

Electroless nickel plating is an auto-catalytic reaction used to deposit a coating of nickel on a substrate. Unlike electroplating, it is not necessary to pass an electric current through the solution to form a deposit.

Bright Nickel Plating

Bright Nickel electroplating is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of nickel onto a metal object. The Bright nickel layer is decorative, provides good corrosion resistance & wear resistance.

Dull Tin Plating

Dull tin plating is used commonly in electrical and electronic applications where conductivity and or solder ability are paramount. It is also used for the coating of immersion heaters, where conductivity and corrosion protection are desired.

Bright Tin Plating

Electroplated tin is widely used as a protective coating on ferrous and non ferrous metals. It is mainly used for electrical contacts and connectors, offering both a corrosion resistant layer with excellent electrical conductivity properties.

Zinc Phosphate

Zinc phosphate coatings are a crystalline conversion coating for steel and other metals that is formed on a ferrous metal substrate. The process of Zinc phosphate coating is employed for the purpose of pretreatment prior to coating or painting, increasing corrosion protection and improving friction properties of sliding components.

In other instances, phosphate coatings are applied to threaded parts and top coated with oil to add anti-galling and rust inhibiting characteristics.

Chemical Blacking

Chemical blacking is used to treat steel items to give a black oxide film coating.

Chemical Blacking ( Black Oxide Coating) provides an oxide layer which is an integral part of the steel surface. The parts are finally immersed in an ultra thin film dewatering oil which is absorbed by the oxide surface.
